Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, cross-departmental personnel, and construction foremen to initiate discussions and craft estimates while addressing any arising issues.
• Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various products, projects, or services, monitoring actual costs in comparison to initial bids throughout project progression.
• Engage in discussions with engineers, architects, stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to adapt and refine cost estimates in response to changes.
• Conduct specialized analyses to establish standard hour and cost data or implement strategies for cost reduction.
• Prepare regular cost and expenditure reports, along with other essential project documentation, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project’s duration.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a relevant role such as Scheduler or Consultant.
• Availability Monday to Friday, committing to 40 hours per week.
