Collaborate with clients, vendors, cross-departmental personnel, and construction foremen to initiate discussions and craft estimates while addressing any arising issues.
Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various products, projects, or services, monitoring actual costs in comparison to initial bids throughout project progression.
Engage in discussions with engineers, architects, stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to adapt and refine cost estimates in response to changes.
Conduct specialized analyses to establish standard hour and cost data or implement strategies for cost reduction.
Prepare regular cost and expenditure reports, along with other essential project documentation, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project’s duration.
Requirements:
Possession of a Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a relevant role such as Scheduler or Consultant.
Availability Monday to Friday, committing to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Generate electrical cost estimates for construction projects to support management in the bidding process and establish the pricing of raw materials and external services.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management is mandatory.
Availability from Monday to Friday, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
