We determine project pricing by utilizing various databases for accurate cost estimation. Our pricing sources include RS Means and National Cost Estimator by Craftsmen, which provides pricing based on zip codes. These databases are regularly updated throughout the year to ensure our bids are competitive and precise.

We adheres to strict ethical and quality control standards and does not provide the same estimate to multiple clients. We believe in maintaining the confidentiality of our clients’ information and focus to maintain a long-term business relationships.

Veracity Estimating can still provide an estimate even if there are no plans available for a project. Our estimators will create an estimate based on the details and specifications provided by the client. They may also use their expertise and past data to generate a preliminary estimate for the project.

If preliminary drawings or specifications are available, our estimators work with them to provide accurate estimates for procurement, supply or design purposes.

We use high tech and latest zip-code based pricing softwares which takes into account factors such as inflation, material shortages, import/export tariffs, and labor cost to provide precise estimates.
